SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

  • Fulfillment & Preparation: All orders enter processing immediately upon purchase and require 3 to 5 business days for sorting, packaging, and dispatch authorization.

Shipping & Transit Times

Once dispatched from our fulfillment facility, estimated carrier delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 5 to 8 business days.

  • Estimated Delivery Window: Taking into account processing, dispatch, and final carrier delivery, total estimated arrival is between 8 to 13 business days (approximately 2 to 3 calendar weeks).

Shipping Rates

Standard tracked shipping is calculated automatically at checkout. Free standard shipping applies to all qualifying orders meeting the minimum threshold displayed in the store banner.

Address Accuracy & Order Adjustments

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the complete and correct delivery address is provided at checkout. If an error is detected, please notify Customer Support within 12 hours of placing the order so the address can be adjusted prior to fulfillment system entry.
